Symbiosis - Beautiful Autumn Fruit Tea, 50 g A warming seasonal blend of sweet fruit and spice, combining cinnamon, raisins, apple, hibiscus, rosehip, cherry, and elderberry (sambucus) for a balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy notes. Ingredients: cinnamon, raisin, apple, hibiscus, rosehip, cherry, elderberry (sambucus). Preparation: Steep 1 tablespoon (4 to 5 g) in 250 ml of boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain and serve. Enjoy 1 to 3 cups daily, hot or over ice. Nutrition per serving (approx. 5 g): 5 kcal. Caffeine-free. Serving ideas: Add honey and a cinnamon stick for a festive drink, brew at double strength and serve over ice with a slice of orange, or use as a base for stewed fruit, dessert sauces, and oatmeal. Sustainability: Loose-leaf format reduces single-use packaging waste. Steeped leaves can be composted or added to potpourri.
