Description
Organic Echinacea Flower Herb Tea, 50g. Made from Echinacea spp., a North American flowering herb with a mild, earthy, slightly sweet and aromatic flavor. Preparation: steep 1 tablespoon (15ml) of dried echinacea flowers in 1 cup (240ml) of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with agave syrup, maple syrup or honey if desired. Can also be added to soups or stews for an earthy note, or used as a cooled rinse in homemade skin care preparations. Nutrition per 240ml serving: 2 calories, 0.4g carbohydrates, 0g protein, 0g fat. Storage: keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate prepared tea and consume within 24 hours.
