Organic Spearmint Tea, 50 g A caffeine-free, vegan, gluten-free and certified organic herbal infusion made from the Mentha spicata plant. It has a mild, sweet and refreshing flavour with subtle earthy notes and a distinct spearmint aroma. Enjoy it on its own or use it in cocktails, desserts, salads and other dishes. Ingredients: 100% Mentha spicata (spearmint) leaves. Brewing instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 240 ml (8 oz) of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Adjust the steeping time to taste. Nutritional information per 240 ml serving: 0 kcal, 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g protein, 0 g fat, 0 g fibre. Serving suggestion: One cup (240 ml) daily. Recipe idea, spearmint tea lemonade: Brew the tea, let it cool, then mix with freshly squeezed lemon juice and agave nectar to taste. Serve over ice and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 48 hours. Storage: Keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Do not use the tea after its expiry date.
