Description
Organic Potato Powder, 500g net weight. Made from 100% organic potatoes that are dried and ground into a fine powder. Its neutral flavour blends easily into a wide range of dishes without altering their taste. Uses: thicken soups, sauces, stews and gravies, or use as a gluten-free alternative to flour in baking. For instant mashed potatoes, mix with hot water, salt and a little butter. It can also be combined with an egg replacer, onions and spices for potato pancakes, or added to smoothies. Preparation tip: mix with a little cold water before adding to hot dishes to prevent clumping. Nutritional information per 30g serving: 110 calories, 24g total carbohydrates (including 2g dietary fibre), 2g protein, 0g fat, vitamin C (25% DV), potassium (15% DV). Suggested portion size is 30g per serving. Packaged in eco-friendly, biodegradable materials. Expired product can be composted to enrich garden soil.
