Certified organic, gluten-free, vegan, and free from added sugar. Ingredient: Organic corn (Zea mays), sourced from organically managed farms. Combine with nutritional yeast, plant milk and seasoning for a creamy vegan cheese sauce, or mix 1 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of water as a binder in baking.
