Made from 100% organic sorghum grains, this gluten-free flour has a mild, slightly sweet flavour and a fine texture that suits both sweet and savoury dishes. Use it for bread, cakes, cookies and muffins, or as a thickener in soups, sauces and gravies. For gluten-free baking, substitute it for wheat flour at a 1:1 ratio, ideally combined with other gluten-free flours. Ingredients: 100% organic sorghum flour. Serving size: 1/4 cup (30g).
