Organic-Bio Whole Wheat Flour, 500g. Milled from the entire wheat kernel, retaining the bran, germ, and endosperm, this flour has a naturally nutty flavour and a denser texture than refined white flour. It is a source of dietary fibre and minerals. Use it for bread, rolls, pizza dough, pancakes, muffins, and pastry, or as a thickener for sauces and gravies. It works well on its own or blended with white flour for a lighter crumb. Produced from organically grown wheat. Contains gluten. Not suitable for people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
