Description
Symbiosis Red Tea, 50 g. A caffeine-free blend of rooibos, strawberry, and pink pepper, combining earthy, sweet, and gently spicy notes. Ingredients: rooibos (naturally caffeine-free, from South Africa), strawberry, pink pepper. Preparation: Steep 1 teaspoon (4 to 5 g) in 200 ml of hot water (90 to 95 C) for 4 to 6 minutes, then strain. Serving suggestions: Serve hot, or brew at double strength, chill, and serve over ice with fresh strawberry slices. It can also be mixed with sparkling water and a splash of lime juice for a non-alcoholic drink, reduced with honey into a syrup for desserts, used as a base for marinades and sauces, or frozen with fresh fruit into popsicles. Nutrition per serving (approx. 5 g): less than 10 kcal. Caffeine-free. Sustainability: Choose loose-leaf tea to reduce packaging waste, and reuse steeped leaves as compost or in a potpourri mix.
