Description
Symbiosis Dried Turkey Tail, 200 g Sourced from Trametes versicolor, these dried Turkey Tail mushrooms are non-GMO and grown without artificial fertilizers. They have a mild, earthy flavor and are a natural source of antioxidants and polysaccharides, including polysaccharide-K (PSK) and polysaccharide-peptide (PSP). Ingredients: dried Turkey Tail mushrooms. Use in herbal teas and tinctures, soups, broths and stews, smoothies, or grind into a powder. Suggested serving: 1 to 2 teaspoons (approximately 5 to 10 g) per serving, adjusted to your recipe. For tea, simmer 2 teaspoons in 500 ml of water for 30 minutes, then strain. Nutritional information per 100 g: 250 kcal, fat 1 g (saturated fat 0.1 g), carbohydrates 10 g, sugars 0.5 g, protein 9 g, sodium 5 mg. Store in an airtight container away from moisture and direct sunlight. Expired mushrooms can be composted or used as garden mulch.
