Use: Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) into water, juice or a smoothie, or use as a natural thickener in soups and sauces. For cosmetic use, blend with water or a carrier oil to make a face mask, apply for 15 minutes and rinse. Recipe ideas: blend 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1 teaspoon Aloe Vera Powder and 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar for a smoothie. For energy bites, mix 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup and 2 teaspoons Aloe Vera Powder, roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
