Ingredients: 100% wild quince (Cydonia oblonga). Suggested portion: 20 to 30g per serving. Uses: eat straight from the pack as a chewy snack, add to breakfast bowls, muesli or granola, chop into salads, pilafs or quinoa bowls, use in baking such as cakes, muffins and tarts, or soak in water or tea for a gentle infusion. Recipe idea, wild quince couscous salad: cook 1 cup of couscous in vegetable broth, then mix in chopped dried wild quince, fresh mint, parsley, toasted almonds, lemon zest, olive oil and salt. Serve chilled or warm. Do not consume if the smell, taste or texture changes.
