Natural Efe Dried Wild Schisandra, 100g. Wild-harvested Schisandra berries (Schisandra chinensis) with a uniquely complex flavour that balances sweet, sour, bitter, salty and pungent notes, earning them the nickname 'Five-Flavour Berry'. Ingredients: Wild Schisandra berries (Schisandra chinensis), organically harvested. Suggested use: 1 to 2 teaspoons (about 5g) per day, steeped as a tea for 5 to 10 minutes, or added to smoothies, yoghurt, oatmeal, salads, desserts or trail mixes. Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 310 kcal, Total Fat 4.5g, Total Carbohydrates 40g, Total Sugars 2g, Dietary Fibre 3g, Protein 12g.
