Its striking blue colour comes from phycocyanin, a natural pigment widely used as a colourant in food and cosmetics. The powder has a mild, neutral flavour, making it easy to add to a wide range of recipes. It is a plant-based source of protein, suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Ingredients: Arthrospira platensis (blue spirulina extract, phycocyanin). Suggested serving: 1 tablespoon (approximately 7 g). Nutrition per serving: 20 calories, 4 g protein, 1.7 g carbohydrates, 0.5 g fat, iron 11% DV, vitamin B1 (thiamine) 15% DV.
