Suggested portion: 2 tablespoons (30 g). Recipes: Vegan mushroom latte: Heat 1 cup almond milk, whisk in 1 tsp oyster mushroom powder and 1 tsp agave or maple syrup until smooth. Serve warm and drink immediately. Quick mushroom broth: Boil 2 cups water, add 1 tbsp oyster mushroom powder and salt to taste, simmer 3 minutes. Add fresh herbs if desired. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 2 days. Facial mask: Mix 1 tsp oyster mushroom powder with 2 tsp aloe vera gel, apply to the face, leave for 15 minutes and rinse. Prepare fresh each time.
