Organic Unhulled Sesame Tahini Available sizes: 185g, 500g, 1kg Ingredients: 100% unhulled sesame seeds. The seeds retain their outer hull, which gives the tahini a deeper, nuttier flavour. Uses: Blend with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil for dressings and dipping sauces, use as a butter substitute in baking, add a spoonful to smoothies for extra creaminess, or spread on toast and crackers. Ideal for hummus, baba ghanoush, energy bars and granola. Mix with honey and cinnamon for a sweet spread, or with miso and soy sauce for a savoury sauce. Suggested serving: one to two tablespoons.
