Recipe ideas: Lemon herb vinaigrette: whisk extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice and fresh herbs, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Kiwi lime sorbet: blend kiwi puree, lime juice and organic cane sugar, freeze until firm and sprinkle with sea salt before serving. Keep covered in the freezer. Lavender bath: dissolve 1 cup of sea salt in warm bathwater and add a few drops of lavender essential oil if desired. Soak for 15 to 30 minutes.
