Nutritional facts per 1 tablespoon (approximately 7 grams): 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 1 g protein, 0.5 g fat. Daily values: iodine 150%, vitamin K 15%, magnesium 10%. Simple recipes: Blend 1 tablespoon kelp powder with 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and sweetener to taste for a smoothie. For a salad dressing, whisk 1 tablespoon kelp powder with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and store in a cool, dark place for up to 2 weeks.
