Ingredients: Organic Chlorella spp. powder. Suggested use: Add 1 tablespoon (15 g) to smoothies, salad dressings, savoury dishes, baked goods or homemade energy bars. Nutritional information per 1 tablespoon: 20 kcal (84 kJ), protein 3 g, carbohydrates 1 g, fat 0 g, fibre 0.5 g. Notable micronutrients (% DV): Vitamin B12 25%, Iron 15%, Vitamin K 10%, Vitamin A 8%. Recipe idea, Chlorella Smoothie: blend 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon Broken Chlorella, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1/2 cup spinach and 1 teaspoon agave syrup until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
