Organic Pizza Flour, 500 g Organic high-protein wheat flour milled for pizza and other baked goods. Its mild, neutral flavour and good elasticity make the dough easy to work with, giving crusts that are crisp outside and soft inside. Suitable for vegans. Ingredients: organic high-protein wheat flour. Contains gluten. Nutrition per 100 g: protein 15 g, fibre 3 g, iron 4 mg, vitamin B6 0.3 mg. Use: approximately 300 g of flour for a standard pizza recipe. Also suitable for bread, focaccia and pasta. Simple recipe, Vegan Margherita: mix flour, water and yeast into a dough, roll out, spread with tomato sauce, add vegan mozzarella and bake until golden. Finish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Storage: keep in a cool, dry place. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
