Organic-Bio Self Rising Flour, 500g Self-rising flour is a blend of all-purpose flour, vegan baking powder, and salt, ready to use straight from the bag. Its balanced formulation gives consistent results in pancakes, biscuits, scones, muffins, cakes, and quick breads. It also works well for light batters and coatings, and as a thickener for soups and sauces. Ingredients: all-purpose flour, vegan baking powder, salt. Nutrient highlights per 100g: iron 2.7 mg (15% of daily value), calcium 180 mg (15% of daily value). Suggested use: use 1 cup (240 ml) of self-rising flour for every 1 cup (240 ml) of liquid in your recipe. Simple recipe, vegan pancakes: combine 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup almond milk (240 ml), 2 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
