Recipe ideas: Smoothie: blend 1 tablespoon sea moss powder, 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana and 1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup. Serve chilled. Energy bites: mix 1 tablespoon sea moss powder, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup honey or date syrup, then shape into small balls. Keep in an airtight container for up to one week. Facial mask: mix 1 tablespoon sea moss powder, 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon lemon juice into a smooth paste. Apply to the face for 15 minutes, then rinse. Use immediately after preparation. Store in a cool, dry place.
