Natural Efe Celtic Sea Salt, Coarse. Available in 250g, 300g, and 1kg. Harvested from coastal salt marshes using traditional methods, this unrefined sea salt has a complex, briny flavor and a naturally moist texture. It contains no additives or anti-caking agents and retains its natural trace minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Suitable for vegan, gluten-free, and keto diets. Uses: seasoning, brining, and finishing meats, vegetables, and salads, as well as pickling and fermenting. Also used in baths and scrubs, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup per bath. Recipe ideas: Celtic Salt Vinaigrette with 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple vinegar, 1 tsp Celtic sea salt, 1 tsp honey, and 1 minced garlic clove, whisked until emulsified. Salted Caramel Bliss Balls with 1 cup pitted dates, 1/2 cup almonds, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1 tsp Celtic sea salt, blended and rolled into balls, then kept refrigerated in an airtight container. Storage: keep in a sealed container in a dry place.
