Natural Efe Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Weight: 250g / 300g / 1Kg An unrefined sea salt harvested from coastal regions using traditional methods. Free from additives and anti-caking agents, it retains its natural moisture and trace minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Suitable for vegan, gluten-free, and keto diets. Flavor and Texture: A complex, briny flavor and slightly moist texture that distinguish it from refined table salt. Uses: - Seasoning, brining, and finishing for meats, vegetables, and salads. - Baths and scrubs, using 1/4 to 1/2 cup per bath. - Pickling and fermenting. Recipes: Celtic Salt Vinaigrette. Ingredients: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt, 1 tsp honey, 1 clove garlic (minced). Whisk until emulsified. Use to dress salads or drizzle over grilled vegetables. Salted Caramel Bliss Balls. Ingredients: 1 cup pitted dates, 1/2 cup almonds, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt. Blend until smooth and roll into balls. Contains nuts.
