Natural Efe Iodized Lake Deborah Salt. Net weight: 250g or 500g. Harvested from the salt flats of Lake Deborah, Australia, this unrefined superfine salt has a smooth texture and balanced flavor. Ingredients: Iodized superfine salt (100%), containing iodine and magnesium. No additives or preservatives. Uses: Season soups, stews, sauces, and baked goods, or sprinkle over salads, roasted vegetables, and grilled dishes as a finishing salt. Can also be used in vinaigrettes with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs, or in a homemade scrub blended with coconut oil. Nutritional information (per 2g serving): Energy 0 kcal, Sodium 930 mg (39% DV), Magnesium 186 mg (44% DV), Iodine 50 mg (33% DV). Suggested serving: approximately 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon). Storage: Keep in a sealed container in a dry place. Stored properly, salt does not spoil and can also be repurposed for cleaning or as a deodorizer.
