Organic Coconut Syrup, 500ml / 1000ml. A natural sweetener made from the sap of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). It has a gentle sweetness with subtle caramel notes and a hint of tropical coconut flavor. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no refined sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors and colors. Ingredients: coconut sap. Uses: drizzle over pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal, use as a sweetener in baking and beverages, or add to savory dishes and sauces for extra depth of flavor. Recipe ideas: Coconut glaze: whisk 3 tablespoons coconut syrup, 2 tablespoons almond milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. Serve over desserts or as a dip. Coconut energy balls: mix 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup coconut syrup, 1/2 cup almond butter, and 1/4 cup chia seeds, then roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
