Milled from Triticum farro grande, an ancient grain used for centuries, this vegan-friendly flour has a mild, nutty flavor that adds depth to breads, pastries, pasta, and everyday baking. Use it as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour in your favorite recipes, or add a tablespoon to smoothies. It also works well in pancakes made with almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract, or in no-bake bars combining the flour with protein powder, almond butter, and honey. Nutrition per 100g: fiber 6.7g, protein 15.6g, niacin (vitamin B3) 7.8mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.21mg. Contains gluten. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
