Natural Efe Persian Blue Sea Salt. Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg net weight. Persian Blue Salt is a rare, naturally occurring mineral salt harvested from ancient salt lakes in Iran. Its distinctive blue crystals are formed through natural geological processes, making it one of the rarest salts in the world. This natural, unrefined salt has a subtle mineral flavor and an elegant appearance. Usage: Use as a finishing salt. Sprinkle over meats, seafood, salads or desserts just before serving. It can also be used in gourmet salt blends or in a salt grinder. A typical serving is 1 gram, about 1/4 teaspoon.
