Symbiosis Smoked Paprika, 80g. Imported from Egypt. Not organic/BIO. Made from premium red peppers that are carefully dried and smoked for a robust, earthy flavor. A staple of Mediterranean cooking that adds depth to a wide range of dishes. Usage: Season soups, stews and roasted vegetables. Add to marinades for meat, tofu or plant-based proteins. Sprinkle over deviled eggs, popcorn or potato wedges. A key ingredient in chorizo and paella. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per recipe, adjusting to taste. Nutritional information (per 100g): Energy 116 kcal, Total fat 4.5g (saturated fat 0.6g), Carbohydrates 15g, Sugars 0g, Protein 2g, Calcium 91mg, Sodium 398mg, Iron 0.36mg, Salt 0.788g. Recipe idea, smoked paprika hummus: Blend 1 can of chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 garlic clove, the juice of 1 lemon and salt to taste until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Packaging is recyclable, please dispose of it responsibly. Refilling jars is encouraged.
